We know how much you all like the Stratum Sauv Blanc, so do we and that’s why we’re so excited about the new 2010 vintage. This year’s harvest at Sherwood was of lower yield resulting in more concentration and aromatics. The growing season was also cooler, resulting in a wine that is more elegant and complex. So basically it’s been a fantastic year in the vineyard and the result is a sauvie of ripe and concentrated tropical fruit flavours while still maintaining that great Marlborough acidity.
It’s still the same bargain price of $21.50 and we’re absolutely sure it’s the best value sauv blanc in Singapore – so please make sure you tell all your M**k*y B*y drinking friends.
Order some today for the weekend and if you can taste it next to the 2009 vintage you’ll be even more impressed…
The Stratum 2010 Sauvignon Blanc is produced from grapes grown on Sherwood’s Rowley Crescent, Sandy Creek and Stoney Range vineyards situated at either end of Rapaura Road in heart of Marlborough. The wine displays abundant aromas of gooseberries and capsicum on the nose. The palate is fresh and lively showing rich concentration and a long lingering finish. To be enjoyed over the next two to three years – or tomorrow night like we’re going to.
Still only $21.50 a bottle
