An exciting fresh style of wine that is a fusion of super premium varietal wine and sparkling wine. The bubbles enhance the textural experience whilst lifting the bouquet so that those faint and delicate Pinot Gris aromas become more vivid.
A beautifully balanced dry style. This wine is perfumed like blossom without being sweet, and has a surprisingly fresh palate with pear, ginger and spice. The flavour works in tandem with the acid. Minerality, similar to oyster shells or the smell of rain on hot concrete (petrichor), pervades. Wonderful mouthfeel, texture and delicious just like a Pinot Gris should be.
