A light, refreshing sparkling wine with soft, fine bubbles and gentle fruit flavours. The palate is slightly off-dry yet retains a refreshing fruit acidity. This is a wine full of floral and fruit intensity with aromas of kafir lime, fresh apple and lemon pie bringing a slightly sweet, toasty note. A lingering finish of citrus fruit flavours rounded by a slight honey note.
