Lime Rock Pinot Rose

We feel passionately that Pinot Noir is the best grape variety to use for our Rosé. Because there is less colour in the skins (did you know that the Pinot Noir anthocyanins are non-acylated?) we soak the grapes with the skins for longer to extract colour and therefore more flavour. There is a zing and sensation of fresh summer berries, which reminds us of the warm seasons and all the pleasures that come with it.
