Sauvignon Blanc grapes for this wine were selected for their intensity of fruit flavours. They were fermented cool in tanks at around 12-13°C without malo-lactic fermentation and bottled early to capture their fresh varietal characters.
Careful vineyard management over the season and a short, quick harvest period ensured ripe fruit with good varietal character.
