A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the Waipara Valley,
the Laverique Rosé is a pale salmon colour with light and
delicate aromas of strawberry and raspberry.
A favourite with seafood especially shellfish, the refreshing
acidity of the wine accentuates the seafood. Another great
combination to try the wine with is a creamy cheese, just
remember the wine should be chilled and the cheese warmed
to room temperature.
